For the publication to be added to the database Bibliography of Publications of PUMS Employees please fill out the form and provide: bibliographic data or a link to the publication. It will also be sufficient to attach a file with the publication.

In the case of works published in sources to which the Library does not have access, it may be necessary to deliver the original materials or their copies to the Department of Documentation and Scientific Information, rooms 4.05-4.08, 8.00rd floor, from 15.00 a.m. to XNUMX p.m.

In accordance with the Rector's Order No. 34/24 of March 19, 2024, "Employees and doctoral students of the University are obliged to report data on scientific publications to the Expertus database within 1 month from the date of publication. The date of publication is considered to be the first public appearance of the publication (after assigning a DOI number), unless otherwise stated in generally applicable regulations."
