INFORMATION FOR USERS

• The Interlibrary Loan Service processes orders for:

• • • copies of articles from printed timedescriptions of Polish and foreign books ordered from national libraries,
    • copies of articles from foreign magazines (available in the SUBITO system),
    • domestic loans (if the item you are looking for is not available in Poznań libraries),
    • foreign loans (if the item you are looking for is not available in domestic libraries – via the SUBITO system).

• The order fulfillment time depends on the library fulfilling the order; the loan period for library items is determined by the library providing the items.
• The costs associated with importing library materials and copies are borne by the ordering party.
• You can place an order for 5 original materials at a time.
• All original collections brought to the Library are made available only on-site in the Main Reading Room.
• To place an order, please send by e-mail the bibliographic data of the publication and the name, surname and e-mail address of the ordering person.
• The Interlibrary Loan Service acts as an intermediary in providing access to the digital collections of the National Library in the Academica system:

• • • Academica collections can only be used at the designated computer station in the Main Library,
    • To register an individual account in Academica or submit a suggestion for digitization of a publication, please contact the Interlibrary Loan Service by e-mail or phone.

INFORMATION FOR ORDERING LIBRARIES

• The Interlibrary Loan Service provides services to other libraries in the field of loans from their own collections and sending copies of articles from their journals. printed.
• Please place orders via email.
• The loan period is determined by the librarian carrying out the order.
• The Library reserves the right to decide on the type and number of interlibrary loans.
