Confirmation for specialization

The Main Library of the Poznań University of Medical Sciences confirms the participation in scientific publications of doctors entering the qualification procedure for medical specializations.

Participation in publications is confirmed only on the form:

The form should be completed electronically and sent to the following e-mail address: inf_nauk@ump.edu.pl

Please name your files in the following format: SPECIALIZATION – first name, last name

The list of publications in the application should include full works published in journals included in the list of scored journals of the ministry responsible for science.

After verification by a Main Library employee, the signed and stamped document will be sent back to the sender in the form of a scan. The original can be collected at the Main Library, in the Department of Documentation and Scientific Information, 4.07rd floor, room XNUMX. Please contact us by e-mail in advance to arrange a time for collection.

Confirmation of participation in the publication is also issued by the Main Library and its branches as well as other libraries of medical universities.
