    • Vice-Rector for Science (in the case of the academic title of professor),
    • Chairmen of Colleges of Sciences (in the case of habilitation proceedings),
    • Personnel (in the case of employment at PUMS).
  • Bibliometric analyses are prepared on the basis of:
  • After receiving the order, DDiIN employees contact interested parties by e-mail, confirming the commencement of work related to the preparation of the analysis (correspondence is conducted using e-mail addresses in the University domain, except for persons from outside PUMS).
  • The time required to complete a bibliometric analysis is a maximum of 10 working days (from the moment of sending a complete list of publications).
  • The complete analysis is sent by email to the interested person (to the address in the University domain, except for people outside PUMS) for data verification and approval. The document accepted by the interested person is signed by the DDiIN employee and the Director of the Main Library (except for competition procedures and employment at PUMS).
Once approved, the analysis will not be updated.
  • Depending on demand, a scan is sent to an email address, and the paper version is sent to the Vice-Rector for Science and the Chairmen of the Colleges of Sciences, respectively.

Important information for PUMS employees and PhD students: Before ordering an analysis, it is necessary to verify the completeness of the data in the database Bibliography of Publications of PUMS Employees . Missing publications should be reported via form.
