Basic information

  • are available for groups of students of the Poznań University of Medical Sciences consisting of at least 3 people,
  • provide a place for group research and educational work,
  • all rooms are equipped with dry-erase boards (mobile flipcharts),
  • in selected rooms there are computers and multimedia projectors,
  • In the rooms you can use the Eduroam wireless network,
  • The rooms are available during the Library's opening hours. Please leave them no later than 15 minutes before the Library closes.

Booking

  • To book a room, please contact the Information Desk (XNUMXst floor of the Main Library) in person or via form,
  • the confirmation of the reservation made online is a return email sent by the Library,
  • the booking time for the rooms is a maximum of 6 hours per day and may be extended depending on the availability of the rooms,
  • Rooms can be booked up to one week in advance.

Using

  • Before using the rooms, it is necessary to present a valid student ID at the Information Desk,
  • Delays of more than 15 minutes may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the transfer of the room to the next group,
  • leaving the room for more than 1 hour means resigning from using it,
  • the last person leaving the room is asked to report this fact at the Information Desk.
